UK Land & Property Limited was selected by the Welsh Assembly Government (formerly Welsh Development Agency) as its preferred developer for the new 40 acre Hawarden Business Park adjacent to the new Airbus wing facility in North Wales and 6 miles west of Chester.
To date almost 100,000sq ft of space has been completed including a speculative development of 25,000sq ft. This site is one of the newest Business Parks to incorporate a fully compatible sustainable urban drainage design as approved by the Environment Agency.
