In 2005, UK Land & Property was selected as Development Partner to bring forward a 90 acre Business Park in Bangor, North Wales in partnership with the Welsh Assembly Government. The development will comprise in excess of 800,000sqft when completed and will accommodate a mix of B1, B2 and B8 uses with all buildings designed to achieve a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.
Infrastructure works have been completed to provide fully serviced development plots and the first phase of speculative development of office and industrial accommodation will shortly commence on site.
