Boulevard Industry Park is now home to international automotive suppliers and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. Over 1m sq ft of new business space has been created on this brown field site; most recently the 250,000sq ft pharma facility for Chiron Vaccines.

The Park has received numerous awards for its high quality design and as a landmark regeneration initiative. Over 2,000 people are now employed on the site. The development is recognised across Europe as an exemplary public/private sector partnership initiative.
