UK Land & Property has extensive experience in both city centre and out of town developments. We always ensure that agreed design, environmental and commercial aspirations for a scheme have been met. The company has provided new facilities for national and international companies and the Public Sector, whilst working in partnership with some of the most successful regeneration agencies and specialists in the UK.

A number of design awards have been received for our contribution to the spectacular regeneration of South Liverpool through the development of Boulevard Industry Park and Estuary Commerce Park.
